Timberlord Clicker is an idle clicker game about carving a kingdom from an untamed wilderness. As a newly appointed noble, you'll chop trees, recruit loyal workers, unlock powerful technologies, and expand into ever more dangerous forests. Somewhere beyond the frontier, a mysterious plague spreads across the land. Build your domain, grow your strength, and uncover what lies at the heart of the woods:

  • Cut down forests by hand or automate production with a growing workforce
  • Recruit unique characters, each providing powerful bonuses and abilities
  • Research dozens of technologies to unlock new mechanics and upgrades
  • Discover new forests filled with tougher trees, greater rewards, and hidden dangers
  • Raise a noble family whose descendants strengthen your kingdom
  • Battle powerful forest bosses to claim new lands and continue your expansion

The King has granted you a forgotten stretch of wilderness at the edge of the realm. Armed with little more than an axe, you must transform the frontier into a thriving domain. Yet the forests hide more than valuable timber. Strange creatures roam beneath their canopies, ancient powers stir in the shadows, and a deadly plague slowly spreads across the kingdom. Every tree felled brings you one step closer to the truth.

wood per second does not seem to work, only wood per clicks.

Did you recruit goblins, lizardmen, etc...?

(+1)

yes, goblins and soldiers

had 3 soldiers and 4 goblins, and no passive wood per second. Neither in the skilltree or at the forrage stage.

Thank you for telling me this. I should have this fixed this weekend.

do you need to deploy them somehow, or is it enough just to buy them?

Buying them should be enough to generate regular wood. If you unlock the allocation zone, that's where you can deploy different units to different forests to harvest their respected woods. You may want to try and allocate them there and see if that fixes it. That amount of units should give you like 2 wood a second roughly without additional boons...
